How long does shipping take?
Orders shipped with standard shipping usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped with Overnight Shipping arrive in 1 business day depending on what time you place your order. If you place your order before 9:00am ET, you will receive your order the next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day. Orders are not delivered on weekends. 

When will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping orders require a 24-48 hour processing time. Overnight Shipping orders placed by 9:00am ET will be shipped the same business day. So an order placed at 8:59am ET on Thursday will be shipped on Thursday, but an order placed at 9:30am ET on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders of $250 or more, otherwise the cost is $5. Standard shipping does not include signature delivery confirmation. If you prefer that your order be delivered with signature delivery confirmation, it costs $7. Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 days and cost $7.00 and if you are looking to get express shipping the cost is $21.95. Overnight Shipping is $35. 

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

We have a 30-Day Quality Guarantee. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable by emailing us at support@flawwless.com.

We will accept the items for a no-hassle refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are provided for Any hair extensions that have not been altered, washed, unwrapped or worn/tampered with in any way and are returned within thirty days (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received) of the date that you receive your order. If they have, they do not qualify & all sales are final.

Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back at customer’s expense or customers will be given online credit only. Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.
